This website is operated by Joren3D Prints. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Joren3D Prints. Joren3D Prints offers 3D-printed products, customized items, accessories, and other products through this website.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion when there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, colors, dimensions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, because our products are 3D printed, slight variations may naturally occur between individual pieces. These may include minor differences in:
• Color
• Texture
• Layer lines
• Surface finish
• Dimensions
• Small imperfections resulting from the 3D-printing process
These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen, or display settings.
3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Some Joren3D Prints products are customized according to the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details are correct before submitting an order, including:
• Name
• Spelling
• Letter selection
• Color selection
• Design selection
• Quantity
• Other customization instructions
Once production has started, changes to a customized order may no longer be possible.
Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process and deliver your order.
This includes your:
• Full name
• Contact number
• Complete delivery address
• Email address, when applicable
• Customization details
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be verified.
5. PRICING
All product prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (₱), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice.
Any price change will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed, unless otherwise required due to an obvious pricing or system error.
6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discounts, bundles, freebies, and special offers may have specific terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end a promotion at any time.
7. PAYMENT
Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when placing an order.
Orders may only be processed after the required payment or payment confirmation has been received, depending on the payment method selected.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers agree to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.
Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will process and dispatch orders according to the shipping information provided on our website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside of our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and a reachable contact number.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery, or other circumstances caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED ORDERS
Customers are expected to receive their orders.
For COD orders, repeatedly refusing, ignoring, or failing to receive an order may result in the suspension or removal of COD payment availability for future orders.
If an order is returned to us because it was refused or unclaimed, additional shipping or reshipping costs may apply if the customer requests another delivery.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to change of mind or errors in customization details provided by the customer.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrectly customized due to an error on our part, customers should contact us within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
A clear and continuous unboxing video may be required to verify claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
11. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any information, text, names, designs, images, or other materials they provide to us are accurate and that they have the right to use them.
By submitting customer-provided content for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that content.
Joren3D Prints is not responsible for disputes arising from content supplied by the customer.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product photos, graphics, text, designs, illustrations, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Joren3D Prints unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our branding, images, designs, or content without our prior written permission.
13. CUSTOM DESIGNS AND 3D MODELS
Some products may be created using original designs, licensed designs, or commercially available 3D models.
We reserve the right to determine which designs and models we offer for sale.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any digital files or designs provided by Joren3D Prints unless expressly authorized.
14. WEBSITE ACCURACY
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.
We do not guarantee that all information on the website will always be complete, current, or error-free.
15. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services:
